Focus of the Unit:- Build on their knowledge of quadratics, how to solve quadratic equations (including those with complex solutions). Complex numbers will be introduced and arithmetic operations will be explored.
- Extend their knowledge of factoring to higher degree polynomials (cubic and quadratic form)
- Learn how to solve radical and rational equations, quadratic inequalities, and systems of equations that include quadratics
